Privacy Policy

Effective September 3, 2026

1. Who we are and what this covers

Coastline Home Media LLC ("Coastline Home Media," "we," "us") is a Florida limited liability company based in Pompano Beach, Florida. We are an advertising and media company. We create and run advertising campaigns that connect homeowners with companies that provide home services and related products.

This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information when you visit coastlinehomemedia.com and any other website, landing page, or advertising page that we operate and that links to this policy (together, the "Sites"). It also applies to information we receive when you interact with our advertisements on third-party platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.

This policy does not cover the practices of the service providers, advertisers, or advertising networks we work with. When your information is passed to one of those companies, their own privacy policy governs how they use it.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide

When you submit a request for a quote, estimate, or callback through one of our Sites, we may collect:

Information collected automatically

When you visit a Site, we and our service providers automatically collect:

Consent documentation

Our lead forms use a third-party consent verification service (currently TrustedForm, operated by ActiveProspect, Inc.). This service records how the form appeared to you and how you interacted with it, including timestamps, the disclosure text you were shown, and your inputs, and generates a certificate that proves what you consented to. We keep this certificate as a record of your consent.

Information from other sources

We may receive information from advertising platforms (for example, aggregated or hashed campaign data from Meta), from phone and data validation services that confirm whether a phone number is active and what type of line it is, and from the partners who receive our leads, such as whether a lead was accepted or resulted in an appointment.

3. How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

4. How we share information

We share personal information in the following ways:

Under some state privacy laws, sharing your information with a service provider or advertiser in exchange for compensation is considered a "sale" of personal information, and sharing with advertising platforms for targeted advertising is considered "sharing." You can opt out as described in sections 7 and 8.

Our lead forms include a written disclosure explaining who may contact you and how. By submitting a form and agreeing to that disclosure, you authorize the named companies to contact you at the phone number and email address you provided, including by telephone calls and text messages that may be delivered using an automatic telephone dialing system or a prerecorded or artificial voice, even if your number is on a national, state, or company do-not-call list. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Message and data rates may apply. You may revoke consent to be contacted by a specific company by following that company's opt-out instructions, or by contacting us and we will forward your request.

The exact disclosure language and the list of companies that may contact you appear on the form itself at the time you submit it.

6. Cookies and tracking technologies

We and our vendors use cookies, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies on the Sites. These include:

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect how the Sites work. To limit Meta's use of data for advertising, visit your Facebook or Instagram ad preferences. You can also use industry opt-out tools at optout.aboutads.info and optout.networkadvertising.org. Our Sites do not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals, but we honor Global Privacy Control signals where required by law.

7. Your choices

8. State privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we have collected about you, to receive a copy of it, to correct it, to delete it, to opt out of its sale or sharing or its use for targeted advertising, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Montana, Oregon, Texas, Utah, Virginia, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws may exercise these rights by emailing christopher@coastlinehomemedia.com.

We will verify your request by matching the information you provide against the information we hold. You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf; we may require proof of the agent's authority. We will respond within the time required by applicable law, generally 45 days. If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying to our response.

Campaign and analytics data is kept for as long as it is useful for measuring performance.
